A local tradition, Koedo Kagamiyama Brewery in Saitame Prefecture was founded in 1875 and revived in 2007 by the Igarashi brothers. Using time-honoured practices, premium rice, yeast and pure underground water from the Chichibu mountains, they have kept the spirit alive.
