An innovative beverage range developed by the Danish sommelier Jacob Kocemba, Copenhagen Sparkling Tea is brewed by hand and wholly organic. Tea leaves are carefully selected and soaked in both hot and cold water over an extensive period to extract the perfect flavour. Each bottle delivers incredible taste complexity with either low or no alcohol content. The non-alcoholic Blå blend features delicate notes of jasmine and chamomile with a hint of citrus, as well white and green teas and a long Darjeeling finish.
