We take as much pride in delivering our merchandise as we do in creating and curating them. Each delivery is handled personally and with the utmost care, and is specially packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Currently, we only deliver within Kowloon, Hong Kong Island, the New Territories and Tung Chung. Deliveries will be made within two working days after the order is successfully placed. Should you wish to receive your order partially or at multiple locations, please place separate orders.
If you wish to request a particular delivery time, please specify as such in the "Remarks" section during check-out. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Additional fees: Please fill in the complete information of the consignee. If the consignee's information is incomplete or incorrect, which results in additional delivery times, we reserve the right to collect additional freight.
Delivery charge per delivery per location:
Kowloon: HK$ 200
Hong Kong Island and the New Territories: HK$ 300
Tung Chung and the Outlying Islands: HK$500
Delivery may be delayed if typhoon signal No.8 or above is hoisted or a black rainstorm warning is in effect. In this event, we will contact you by phone or email the following business day to arrange for an alternative delivery time.
Orders may be collected at Goldin Financial Global Centre, 17 Kai Cheung Road, Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong. Please present the confirmation email to pick up the order.
Monday: Sip, G/F from 3pm – 5:30pm
Tuesday: LE PAN, G/F from 3pm – 7:30pm
Wednesday: Congeodle, 1/F from 3pm – 7:30pm
Thursday: Matsunichi, 2/F from 3pm – 7:30pm
Friday: Dynasty Garden, 1/F from 3pm – 7:30pm
Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays from 12:00pm-7:30pm (by special arrangement):
1st, 4th or 5th weekend of the month: Dynasty Garden, 1/F
2nd weekend of the month: Matsunichi, 2/F
3rd weekend of the month: Congeodle, 1/F
Cut-off time for same-day pick up (Monday to Friday) is 1:30pm. Customers will be notified by telephone when the order is ready for collection. (Please allow 1.5 hours for order processing.)

If you elect to collect merchandise purchased from our store, it must be done within the period specified on the order confirmation / within 3 working days from the order date. If you fail to collect your order within that time for whatever reason, you shall be deemed to have given up the merchandise. You agree and accept that we are entitled to dispose the merchandise at our discretion without a refund to you, and we reserve our rights to charge you for any costs arising therefrom (such as storage fee and transport fee, etc.).
You are responsible for examining the merchandise immediately upon collection or delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages to its appearance and whether all accessories (if applicable) are included. Once an item has been collected by or delivered to you, it will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for any loss or damage.
The Goldin Dining Limited reserves the right to change the Delivery Terms at its discretion without prior notice.
Purchase of alcoholic beverages
The law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years of age. Before you order alcoholic beverages from the GFGC online store, you must confirm that you are 18 years old or above. You must ensure that no one other than you can log in to your account to purchase alcoholic beverages. The goods must be received by a person who is 18 years of age or older (with appropriate proof). If upon delivery, a person of legal age is not available to receive it, the delivery will be cancelled and you will be charged additional delivery costs.
